Return/ Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return. Please review the conditions below to determine your eligibility.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To start the return process, you have to fill return request online, pickup will be arrange from our side within 6-7 business days of return request. If you have any concern, contact our customer support team at care@dmaasa.in.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • With all tags and labels intact

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 8-10 business days.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
