Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return. Please review the conditions below to determine your eligibility.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To start the return process, you must submit a return request online. Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days after the return request is approved.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags and labels intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued only as 100% wallet balance once the returned order is received and verified.

  • The wallet balance can be redeemed at any time for future purchases.

  • There is no expiry date on the wallet balance.

  • If your new order amount exceeds the wallet balance, you may pay the remaining amount using any available payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the item you would like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item, please contact us immediately.

To process your claim smoothly, it is mandatory to share clear photos and an unboxing video recorded while opening the package, showing the product and the packaging condition clearly. This helps us quickly identify where the issue occurred and resolve it efficiently.

Based on verification, we will arrange for a replacement or wallet refund as applicable.
