CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

At DMAASA, we understand the convenience and flexibility that Cash on Delivery (COD) provides to our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with the use of COD as a payment method.

COD is available for all orders.

Certain pin codes may not be eligible for COD. This information will be provided during the checkout process. If COD is not available for your location or if our delivery partners are unable to collect payment, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order.

Once your COD order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not a confirmation of payment; it indicates that your order has been received and is being processed.

Payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery to the courier representative.

Extra charges are charged to avail the COD facility.
